Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Since our products are ingestible (food items), we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at care@laurielsco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11900 Jollyville Rd #203246 Austin Texas 78759. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we do not charge any restocking or return fees as long as the item meets our return eligibility requirements. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at care@laurielsco.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened or used food products (for health and safety reasons), perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, and gift cards or sale items. If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at care@laurielsco.com.
